大孔吸附树脂处理烟草薄片有机废水

摘要 采用静态吸附法、柱吸附法研究大孔吸附树脂对烟草薄片有机废水的处理能力。考查7种大孔吸附树脂处理该废水的性能,发现XDA-1B大孔吸附树脂的去除效果最好。通过考查温度和pH值的影响表明,在温度为25℃、pH=7.0时,吸附效果最好,静态吸附的最大饱和量可达到121.68mg·g^(-1);柱吸附实验表明,5h是其最大耐用时间,而且经过20次洗脱再生实验后,该树脂的吸附率仍可以达到85%,说明该大孔吸附树脂再生性能良好,具有广阔的工业应用前景。 In this work,the performance of macroporous adsorption resins treating the tobacco flake organic wastewater via a static adsorption method and a column adsorption method is investigated.The treating properties of 7 kinds of res-ins for the wastewater were compared and the results show the resin XDA-1B performs best in removing organic pollut-ants.The tests for exploring temperature and pH value suggest that a top static adsorption quantity of 121.68 mg·g^(-1) as a best adsorption ability is obtained under the condition of temperature 25℃and pH 7.The column adsorption results show the resin has a longest durable time of 5 h and its adsorption ratio still reaches 85%after washing for 20 times,which evidences the resin XDA-1B possesses an excellent regeneration property to have a potential in industrial applica-tion.
