加载挥发油沸石分子筛释放性能的评价方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究固液萃取法和气固萃取法对加载挥发油多孔材料释放情况评价的差异。方法以加载薄荷油的沸石分子筛为例,以薄荷脑为指标性成分,建立其液体进样及顶空进样气相检测方法,分别以固液萃取法和气固萃取法评价其释放性能,并比较两种方法对加载挥发油多孔材料释放情况评价的差异。结果固液萃取法测得载药沸石中薄荷油在0~2.5 h不断释放,在2.5 h释放率达到69.29%;气固萃取法测得薄荷油在0~30 min的释放曲线可反映其释放情况,其释放速率逐渐降低,在60 min时趋于饱和。结论固液萃取法可测得各个时间点的载药多孔材料挥发油含量,获取载药量并换算释放量,且释放条件可根据测定需求调整。气固萃取法可在饱和量以内用于不同类型载药多孔材料释放性能比较。 Objective To explore the difference of evaluation of the release of porous materials loaded with volatile oil by solidliquid extraction and gas-solid extraction.Methods In this study,the zeolite molecular sieve loaded with menthol oil was taken as an example and menthol was used as the index component to establish the detection methods of liquid injection and headspace injection gas phase.The solid-liquid extraction method and gas-solid extraction method were used to evaluate the release properties of the porous materials loaded with volatile oil,and the differences between the two methods were compared.Results The oil of menthol in zeolite was released continuously from 0 to 2.5 h by solid-liquid extraction method,and the release rate reached 69.29%.The release curve of peppermint oil measured by gas-solid extraction method can reflect the release of peppermint oil in 0—30 min,and the release rate decreases gradually and tends to saturation at 60 min.The method should be carried out within the saturation of headspace bottle.Conclusion The volatile oil content of drug-loaded porous material can be measured by solid-liquid extraction method at each time point,the drug-loaded amount can be obtained and the release amount can be converted,and the release condition can be adjusted according to the determination requirements.The gas-solid extraction method can be used to compare the release properties of different drug-loaded porous materials under saturation.
