摘要
基于李村煤矿西翼胶带大巷大断面巷道围岩变形较大、反复维修仍难以控制的现状,通过对巷道围岩进行地质力学评估,获得了西翼胶带大巷围岩稳定性分类结果为Ⅲ类中等稳定围岩;提出了一套具有针对性的巷道围岩控制方案,即先进行浅孔定向注浆加固围岩,然后优化锚杆锚索控制方案。工业性试验结果表明,提出的围岩控制技术,有效解决了李村煤矿西翼胶带大巷大断面巷道围岩大变形的问题,为该矿类似地质条件大断面巷道围岩控制提供了借鉴。
Based on the current situation that the surrounding rock deformation of the large section roadway in the west wing belt roadway of Licun Mine was large and the repeated maintenance was still difficult to control,through the geomechanical evaluation of the surrounding rock of the roadway,the stability classification result of the surrounding rock of the west wing belt roadway was obtained as Class III medium stable surrounding rock;a set of targeted roadway surrounding rock control scheme was proposed,that was,the surrounding rock was reinforced by shallow hole directional grouting,and then the anchor cable control scheme was optimized.The industrial test results showed that the proposed surrounding rock control technology effectively solved the problem of large deformation of surrounding rock in large section roadway of belt roadway in the west wing of Licun Coal Mine,and provided a reference for the surrounding rock control of large section roadway under similar geological conditions in the mine.
