摘要
沿空留巷可减少井下煤柱数量和缓解煤柱下方围岩应力集中等问题,对提高煤炭资源采出率、减少采空区遗煤量以及缓解矿井采掘接替紧张局面等方面均有显著促进作用。以锦界煤矿31117运输巷留巷为工程背景,为实现留巷段围岩变形有效控制、减少采空区漏风量,提出将柔模混凝土留巷技术应用到31117运输巷留巷中。在留巷前通过布置补强锚索提高留巷段顶板强度;通过设置挡矸支架为柔模混凝土浇筑创造相对安全环境;通过应用单元支架进行滞后支护,降低采空区顶板垮落对留巷段影响。对31117运输巷柔模混凝土留巷期间主要工艺流程等进行分析,现场应用结果表明31117运输巷留巷段围岩变形量整体较小,采空区漏风量较低,取得较好留巷效果。
Gob-side entry retaining can reduce the number of underground coal pillars and relieve the stress concentration of surrounding rock beneath the coal pillars,and has significant promoting effects in improving the recovery rate of coal resources,reducing the residual coal amount in the goaf,and easing the tension of mining and driving succession in coal mine.According to the engineering background of 31117 transport roadway retaining in Jinjie Coal Mine,the flexible formwork concrete roadway retaining technology was proposed to be applied to 31117 transport roadway retaining to effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock in the roadway retaining section and reduce air leakage in the goaf.Before retaining roadway,reinforcement anchor cables were applied to improve the roof strength of the retaining roadway section,and waste blocking supports were set for creating a relatively safe environment for flexible formwork concreting,and unit supports were adopted for lagging supporting to reduce the impact of goaf roof collapse on the retaining roadway section.Based on the analysis of the main process flow during the period of roadway retaining with flexible formwork concrete in the 31117 transport roadway,the on-site application results showed that the deformation of the surrounding rock in the retaining roadway section was generally small,and the air leakage in the goaf was relatively low,and the effect of retaining the roadway was good.
