摘要
针对软岩巷道冒顶问题,详细分析了软岩巷道的冒顶机理。由于软岩自身的物理、力学性质导致其在遇到顶板淋水时发生软化,崩解,直接降低了顶板支护结构的稳定性,断层构造加剧了软岩裂隙发展的程度,导致岩层沿原生裂隙不断扩展将岩层分割,若分割位置位于锚固体之上就会发生一次性大面积冒落事故;依据软岩遇水、遇构造产生冒顶的机理,提出了采用疏水、合理保水、提高锚固质量的围岩控制技术,保证了软岩巷道的安全掘进。
Aiming at the roof falling problem of soft rock roadway,the roof falling mechanism of soft rock roadway is analyzed in detail.Because of the physical and mechanical properties of soft rock itself,it softens and disintegrates when it encounters roof watering,which directly reduces the stability of roof support structure,causes the rock stratum to expand continuously along the primary fissures,and divides the rock stratum.If the position of the division is located above the anchor solid,one-time large face will occur.According to the mechanism of soft rock falling in water and structure,the surrounding rock control technology of hydrophobic,reasonable water retaining and improving anchorage quality is put forward to ensure the safe driving of soft rock roadway.
