摘要
为探索大学生使用抖音进行在线健身的持续使用意愿,基于科技接受模型与任务技术适配理论,对273名已使用过抖音进行在线健身的大学生进行调查,采用AMOS24.0对所建构的模型进行验证。研究结果表明:(1)感知易用性、感知有用性和任务技术匹配度对大学生使用抖音进行在线健身的满意度具有正向影响,其中感知有用性和任务技术匹配度对满意度的影响高于感知易用性。(2)满意度和任务技术匹配度对大学生使用抖音进行在线健身的持续使用意愿具有正向影响,其中满意度的影响最为显著。本研究构建的模型填补了使用社交媒体进行在线健身的理论空白,为体育教学和健身行业提供了重要的启示。
This paper aims to explore the willingness of college students to use TikTok for online fitness,based on the Technology Acceptance Model and the Task-Technology Fit Theory.By surveying 273 college students who had already used TikTok for online fitness,AMOS24.0 was used to verify the constructed model.The study found:(a)Perceived ease of use,perceived usefulness and task technology matching have a positive impact on college students'satisfaction with using TikTok for online fitness,among which the impact of perceived usefulness and task technology matching on satisfaction is higher than that of perceived ease of use.(b)Satisfaction and task technology matching have a positive impact on college students'willingness to use TikTok for online fitness,among which satisfaction has the most significant impact.The model constructed in this study fills the theoretical gap of using social media for online fitness and provides important implications for physical education and the fitness industry.
