摘要
职业院校专业结构与区域产业适配理论的核心和本质是促进适配要素不断实现较高水平的适配,促进适配系统效力得到显著提升。本研究基于适配理论,分析宁波职业院校专业设置的布局图谱,分析区域产业布局特征及人才所需情况,把脉区域产业发展质态,以及面向产业发展周期所需求的人才支撑体系,诊断当前宁波职业院校专业设置难以适配重点产业发展人才需求的原因及障碍,提出院校、企业、行业协会及政府4个层面的对策建议。
The core and essence of the adaptation theory of the professional structure of vocational colleges and regional industries is to promote the continuous realization of a higher level of adaptation of the elements and to significantly improve the effectiveness of the adaptation system.Based on the adaptation theory,this study analyzes the layout map of professional settings of Ningbo vocational colleges,analyzes the characteristics of regional industrial layout and the demand for talents,takes the pulse of regional industrial development quality and the talent support system that is oriented to the needs of the industrial development cycle,diagnoses the causes and obstacles that make it difficult for the professional setup of Ningbo vocational colleges to meet the needs of talents for the development of key industries and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions at four levels of government,colleges,enterprises and industry associations.
