摘要
胺碘酮注射液为常用抗心律失常药物,也是临床常见易导致静脉炎的药物之一。本研究胺碘酮注射液导致静脉炎的成因、预防方法和护理技巧等方面进行综述,以期为临床提供有效的预防和护理建议。
Amiodarone is one of the most commonly used anti-arrhythmic drugs.However,intravenous amiodarone is associated with direct irritation of vessel walls and phlebitis.This paper reviewed studies on factors,prevention and nursing countermeasures of amiodarone-induced phle-bitis,and provided reference for clinical practice and prevention of amiodarone-induced phlebitis.
