摘要
由于机械式表面温度计在实验室校准时无法充分紧密的按压至温度源中心区,尤其是在测量较高温度时,易产生极大的误差。针对该问题,研制了一套机械式表面温度计校准平台。通过建立数学模型,对校准平台的三个重要技术参数实际温度、温度均匀性、温度波动性进行了不确定度来源分析,对其测量结果的不确定度进行了评定。
Because mechanical surface thermometers cannot be pressed tightly enough to the center of the temperature source during laboratory calibration,especially when measuring higher temperatures,great errors can occur.To solve this problem,a mechanical surface thermometer calibration platform was developed.In this paper,the source of uncertainty of three important technical parameters of the calibration platform,actual temperature,temperature uniformity and temperature fluctuation,is analyzed by establishing a mathematical model,and the uncertainty of the measurement results is evaluated.
