摘要
本文通过分析各种测量结果的影响因素,简述了试验指、棒、销、钩、探针的校准方法,并对测量结果的不确定度进行评定,从而保证校准试验指、棒、销、钩、探针的数据准确可靠,为以后测量试具的不确定度评定提供了参考。
By analyzing the influencing factors of various measurement results,this paper describes the calibration methods of test finger,rod,pin,hook and probe,and evaluates the uncertainty of measurement results,so as to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the calibration data of test finger,rod,pin,hook and probe,and provide a reference for the uncertainty evaluation of measurement tools in thefuture.
