摘要
目的:通过对医学生口腔临床理论与实践相结合教学满意度调查,分析满意度影响因素,为提高口腔医学生的教学质量提供参考。方法:采用问卷调查形式,对空军军医大学口腔医院282名本科生、专业学位硕士研究生、规培生和进修生进行临床学习满意度调查并分析其影响因素,使用Excel和SPSS 20.0对数据进行分析,计数资料以频数和百分比表示、组间比较采用χ2检验等分析相关数据。结果:282名口腔临床学生调查问卷中,关于理论学习方式,197人(69.85%)选择线上课程,85人(30.14%)选择线下授课;线上线下相结合教学满意度显示:80人(28.37%)和143人(50.71%)表示非常满意和比较满意。分析影响因素结果提示:线上线下结合教学满意度与性别、年龄等无相关性,但与学生学历、工作时间、类别等有相关性。结论:在口腔医学临床教学过程中,对于线上理论和线下实践相结合的教学模式满意度较高,但制定线上教学内容和线下实践内容时需根据不同类型学生有所侧重,以提高临床教学效果。
Objective:Through the investigation of the teaching satisfaction of medical students combining clinical theory and practice,the influencing factors of satisfaction were analyzed to provide reference for improving the teaching quality of oral medicine students.Methods:The clinical learning satisfaction of 282 students,including undergraduate students,professional master's students,regular students and trainees in School of Stomatology of Air Force Military Medical University was investigated by questionnaire and the influencing factors were analyzed.The data was analyzed by Excel and SPSS 20.0,including the count data with frequency and percentage,comparison between groups usingχ2test and other related analysis data.Results:Among 282 oral clinical students,197 students(69.85%)chose online courses and 85 students(30.14%)chose offline courses.The combination of online and offline teaching satisfaction shows that 80 students(28.37%)and 143 students(50.71%)are very satisfied or relatively satisfied.The results of the analysis of influencing factors show that online and offline combined teaching satisfaction has no correlation with gender and age,but has correlation with education background,working hours and categories,etc.Conclusion:In the clinical teaching process of stomatology,there is a high degree of satisfaction with the teaching mode combining online theory and offline practice,but the development of online teaching content and offline practice content should be based on different types of students,in order to improve the clinical teaching effect.
