摘要
教学效能感对教学的各方面都起着重要作用。效能感的蟮养主要是教师本人对自身能力的认知,但作为教师工作的平台,学校需要做好各项工作,提高教师的教学效能感。在医学院校青年教师教学效能感的培养过程中,应从体验成功、慎重选择榜样、教给教师各种应对策略以及加强女教师效能感培养等方面入手。
Sense of teaching efficacy plays an important role in teaching. Universities and colleges should improve young teachers' sense of teaching efficacy although sense of efficacy is teachers' cognition of their own ability. The training should focus on teachers' experiencing success, carefully selecting role models, teaching various strategies to teachers, and strengthening women teachers' sense of teaching efficacy.
