大学生劳动价值观教育的内在机理、现实局囿与实践路径——基于社会学习理论视角 被引量:1

摘要 大学生劳动价值观教育不仅承担引导大学生树立正确劳动价值观的关键任务,也被赋予传承劳动文化、赓续劳动精神的重要使命。社会学习理论视域下,大学生劳动价值观可视为大学生个体劳动价值观学习素养、劳动价值观学习行为以及大学生所处劳动价值观涵育环境三因素间交互耦合的结果,“观察学习”是大学生劳动价值观的重要内化途径,“自我调节”为大学生习得劳动价值观提供内在动力。然而,大学生劳动价值观学习素养不足、劳动价值观学习行为流于形式,以及高校劳动价值观涵育文化环境营造不力的问题成为大学生劳动价值观教育的现实局囿。依托社会学习理论,大学生劳动价值观教育应以强化劳动认知与激活内在学习动机促进大学生个体劳动价值观学习素养提升,以“深度引入”与选树真实劳动榜样促进大学生劳动价值观学习行为强化,以构建校园劳动文化场与拓宽育人环境边界促进高校劳动价值观涵育环境优化。 The education of college students'labor values not only undertakes the key task of guiding college students to establish correct labor values,but also is endowed with the important mission of inheriting labor culture and ceasing labor spirit.From the perspective of social learning theory,college students'labor values can be regarded as the result of the interaction and coupling of the three factors of college students'individual learning quality of labor values,learning behavior of labor values and the environment in which college students'labor values are cultivated,"Observation learning"is an important way to internalize college students'labor values,and"self-regulation"provides intrinsic motivation for college students to acquire labor values.However,the lack of learning quality of college students'labor values,the behavior of learning labor values in a mere form,and the ineffective construction of cultural environment for the cultivation of labor values in colleges and universities have become the reality of the dilemma of college students'labor values education.Based on social learning theory,the education of college students'labor values should promote the improvement of college students'individual learning quality of labor values by strengthening labor cognition and activating intrinsic learning motivation,and strengthen the learning behavior of college students'labor values by"deeply introducing"and selecting real labor models.To construct the campus labor culture field and broaden the boundary of education environment to promote the environment optimization of labor values in colleges and universities.
