摘要
目的探讨神经语言程序技术对创伤性骨折患者负性情绪与睡眠质量的影响。方法选择本院2020年1月~2022年1月80例创伤性骨折患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组。两组患者均进行常规护理,对照组采取一般心理干预,观察组采用神经语言程序技术进行干预。比较两组干预前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、失眠严重指数(ISI)。结果干预后两组SAS评分、SDS评分均显著降低,且干预后观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后两组PSQI、ISI评分显著降低,且干预后观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论神经语言程序技术能够降低创伤性骨折患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,改善睡眠质量。
Objective To investigate the effects of neurolinguistic programming techniques on negative emotions and sleep quality in patients with traumatic fractures.Methods A total of 80 patients with traumatic fractures in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Both groups were given routine nursing care,the control group was given general psychological intervention,and the observation group was given psychological intervention with neuro-linguistic programming technology.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and insomnia severity index(ISI)were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).After the intervention,the PSQI and ISI scores of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Neurolinguistic programming technology can reduce anxiety,depression,and improve sleep quality in patients with traumatic fractures.
