摘要
目的 将精细化护理应用到老年股骨粗隆间骨折术后的患者中,并分析其对疼痛和睡眠质量的影响。方法 在2020年7月至2022年7月期间,选取60例股骨粗隆间骨折术后老年患者,分组方式为随机,对照组采用普通护理,观察组采用精细化护理,将疼痛程度、睡眠质量、髋关节活动能力、并发症发生率进行对比。结果 对两组老年股骨粗隆间骨折术后患者分别实施相应的护理干预后,对其进行全方位的评估,将相应的数据进行整理对比,从结果中可以看到,观察组人员护理后,其疼痛程度分值明显低于对照组,在睡眠质量的对比中可以看到观察组的数据处于较好水平,从护理后髋关节活动能力来看,观察组的改善幅度较好,且并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 对于老年股骨粗隆间骨折术后患者来说,实施精细化护理干预可有效改善术后疼痛情况以及睡眠质量,促进髋关节功能的恢复,减少术后并发症,巩固手术治疗效果,促进机体的恢复。
Objective To apply fine nursing care to elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture after operation,and analyze its impact on pain and sleep quality.Methods During the period from July 2020 to July 2022,60 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of the femur after operation were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given general care,and the observation group was given fine nursing.The degree of pain,sleep quality,hip joint activity,and the incidence of complications were compared.Results After the two groups of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur underwent corresponding nursing intervention,they were comprehensively evaluated,and the corresponding data were collated and compared.From the results,it can be seen that the pain score of the observation group after nursing was significantly lower than that of the control group.From the comparison of sleep quality,it can be seen that the data of the observation group was at a good level.From the perspective of hip joint activity after nursing,the improvement range of the observation group was better,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur after operation,the implementation of fine nursing intervention can effectively improve the postoperative pain and sleep quality,promote the recovery of hip joint function,reduce postoperative complications,consolidate the surgical treatment effect,and promote the recovery of the body.
