摘要
公立医院党建是党的建设的重要组成部分,高质量抓好党建工作能够为公立医院高质量发展提供坚强有力的引领与保障。分析了党建引领公立医院高质量发展的内涵要义,提出党建引领公立医院高质量发展需把握和处理的关系,并以滨州医学院附属医院党建引领高质量发展为例,从发展顶层设计、组织体系建设、学科能力建设、人才队伍建设、治理体系建设、品牌文化建设等方面,探讨以党建引领公立医院高质量发展的实现路径,为进一步激发公立医院改革发展的内生动力,实现党建与业务的深度融合提供参考。
