粮食供应安全下东北黑土区耕地利用系统韧性时空演变——以齐齐哈尔市为例 被引量:5

Spatiotemporal changes of cultivated land use system resilience in the black soil region of Northeast China under food supply security:A case study of Qiqihar City

摘要 【目的】本文旨在基于耕地利用系统的自组织特征和韧性过程属性,解析粮食供应安全下耕地利用系统韧性的内涵,揭示黑土区耕地利用系统韧性时空演变规律与制约因素,为黑土地可持续利用提供对策。【方法】以齐齐哈尔市为研究区,在耕地时空变化研究的基础上,围绕黑土地保护政策及相关问题、韧性发生过程和内涵表征、耕地利用系统组成建立多维耕地韧性评价指标体系,采用PSR模型在格网尺度对耕地利用系统韧性进行评价,综合分析了2000—2020年齐齐哈尔市耕地利用系统韧性的变化趋势和空间分异情况,并基于评价结果分区,通过分析各等级区的优劣势和障碍因子,提出针对性对策。【结果】(1)与2000年相比,2020年耕地空间分布向东北—西南向扩张,耕地面积减少;(2)齐齐哈尔市耕地利用系统韧性水平总体上升,但区域内部差异增大,空间异质性强,整体呈现“西低东高”的分布态势,高值东移北扩;(3)耕地利用系统对内外压力的应对能力明显增强,空间分布随着农业投入重心转移而改变;(4)黑土地资源条件、农业投入水平和农业生产水平为制约区域耕地利用系统发展的主要障碍。【结论】齐齐哈尔市耕地利用系统韧性整体水平中等偏低、空间差异大,各等级区的制约因素和发展方向各不相同,应根据各区韧性现状和障碍因子,针对性进行黑土地保护与治理。研究结果可为黑土地可持续利用和保障粮食安全提供理论支撑与实践指导。 [Objective]The aim of this study was to analyze the connotation of cultivated land use system resilience under food supply security based on the self-organization characteristics of cultivated land use system and the attributes of the resilience process,reveal the spatial-temporal changes and constraints of cultivated land use system resilience in the black soil region,and provide countermeasures for the sustainable use of black soil resources.[Methods]Taking Qiqihar City as the research area and based on an examination of the spatial and temporal changes of cultivated land,this study established a cultivated land use resilience evaluation indicator system around black soil conservation policies and related issues,analyzed the resilience processes and connotation characterization,identified the composition of cultivated land use systems,and used the pressure-state-response(PSR)model to evaluate resilience at the grid scale.It further analyzed the trend of change and spatial variation of cultivated land use system resilience in Qiqihar from 2000to 2020.Based on the evaluation results,we proposed targeted countermeasures by analyzing the strengths and weaknesses and constraint factors of each resilience class.[Results](1)Compared to2000,the spatial distribution of cultivated land expanded in a northeast-southwest direction in2020,with a decrease in the total area of cultivated land.(2)The overall level of resilience of Qiqihar's cultivated land use system increased,but the intraregional variation also increased,and the spatial heterogeneity was strong,showing a distribution pattern of“low in the west and high in the east”.The high value areas moved to the east and expanded to the north.(3)The ability of the cultivated land use system to cope with internal and external pressures was significantly enhanced,and the spatial distribution changed with the shift of the agricultural input center.(4)The conditions of the black soil resources,the level of agricultural inputs,and the level of agricultural production were
