摘要
骨修复材料是当前临床应用需求量最大的生物医用材料之一.Ⅰ型胶原作为人体的主要结构蛋白,是骨组织的主要成分.胶原纤维所具有的独特四分之一错列结构能够引导纳米粒子沉积而实现矿化,因此常作为模板制备矿化胶原材料以模拟骨骼的多级微纳米结构,应用于骨修复领域.全文综述了矿化胶原材料的种类及制备,重点阐述了胶原纤维的矿化机制及调控因素,并简要展望了矿化胶原材料的发展前景及面临的挑战,为矿化胶原材料的制备及矿化机制的探索提供参考.
Bone repair material is one of the biomedical materials with the highest demand in clinical practice.As the main structural protein of the human body,type I collagen is the main component of bone tissue.The unique quarter staggered structure of collagen fibrils can guide the deposition of nanoparticles to achieve mineralization;therefore,collagen fibrils are often used as a template in the mineralization of collagen materials to mimic the multi-level micro and nano structures of bone for bone repair applications.In the present paper,the classification and preparation of mineralized collagen materials were reviewed and the mineralization mechanism and regulatory factors were emphasized.Finally,the development prospect and challenges of mineralized collagen materials were briefly prospected,which gave reference to the preparation of mineralized collagen materials and the exploration of mineralization mechanism.
