摘要
以新商科背景下应用型高校会计学专业人才培养意义与需求特征为切入点,以安徽新华学院为例,采用问卷调查法和实地调研法,对应用型高校会计学专业人才培养的发展现状进行全面分析,通过得出的结论,找寻新商科视角下应用型高校会计学专业人才培养的目标定位,并提出针对性的建设意见,立足新形势,把握新标准,旨在为应用型高校会计学专业基于新商科背景优化人才培养模式提供参考。
This paper studies the significance and demand characteristics of training accounting professionals in applied universities under the new business background,takes Anhui Xinhua University as an example,and uses the questionnaire survey method and the field survey method to comprehensively analyze the development status of the training of accounting professionals in applied universities.Through the conclusion,this paper tries to find the target orientation of accounting professionals training in applied universities from the perspective of new business,puts forward targeted construction suggestions,and based on the new situation,grasps the new standards,aiming to provide reference suggestions for the applied universities accounting major to optimize the talent training mode based on the"new business"background.
