高职院校创新创业教育发展存在的问题与优化路径 被引量:3

摘要 新时代,高职院校创新创业教育契合经济社会对创新型技术技能人才的现实需要,是适应高等教育发展潮流的战略抉择和推动高职教育高质量发展的有效抓手。但是现阶段高职院校发展仍存在对创新创业教育认识偏差,管理体制不健全,教育教学体系不完善,指导服务和支持保障体系不完备等问题。高职院校应借鉴我国普通高校和欧美高校创新创业教育的成熟经验,强化“专创融合”理念,建立三级管理组织架构,确立“三层递进”的培养目标体系,构建分层培养的创新创业教育模式和“三层递进”的课程体系,健全指导服务和支持保障机制等,以提高创新创业教育的实效性,促进学校高质量发展。 In the new era,the innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges need to meet practical needs of the economic society for innovative technical talents,it is a strategic choice to adapt to the trend of higher education development and an effective focus on promoting the high-quality development of higher vocational education.However,higher vocational institutions are unable to take the main responsibility of innovation and entrepreneurship education.The development of internal functions is not comprehensive and the system of teaching and support services is far from perfect.Drawing lessons from the mature experience of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the common colleges and universities in China,Europe and America,higher vocational institutions should strengthen the“speciality-innovation integration”concept,build a three-level management organization structure,establish a three-layer progressive cultivation target system,construct the education mode of innovation and entrepreneurship and the three-layer progressive curriculum system,and improve guidance services,support and guarantee mechani-sms to promote effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship education and high-quality college develop-ment.
