煤气化装置黑水沉降槽流场特性的模拟计算 被引量:1

摘要 采用CFD软件对煤气化装置竖流式黑水沉降槽进行建模,计算不同工况条件下黑水沉降槽内流场特性,分别讨论了入口流速和排污量对内部流场的影响规律。结果表明:沉降槽内存在射流区、回流区、扩散沉降区,入口流速和出口排污量是影响沉降槽内流场的主要因素,随着入口流速或排污量的增加,射流区和回流区面积增加;不同排污量或入口流速时,不同位置流体的径向流速分布趋势相同。 The vertical black water settling tank of coal gasification plant was modeled with CFD software,and its flow field characteristics under different working conditions were calculated.The influence laws of inlet flowrate and sewage discharge volume on the internal flow field were discussed respectively.And it was found that there were jet zone,reflux zone and diffusion settlement zone in the settling tank.Inlet flowrate and outlet sewage discharge volume were the main factors affecting the flow field in the settling tank.With the increase of inlet flowrate or sewage discharge volume,the area of jet zone and reflux zone increased.At the same time,the radial flowrate distribution trend of fluid at different positions was the same for different sewage discharge volumes or different inlet flowrates.
