基于正交实验的激光切割工艺参数优化 被引量:2

摘要 激光切割技术是先进制造技术的重要分支。为提高有机玻璃的激光切割质量,选择板材厚度、电流强度、离焦量和激光切割速度为因素设计了三水平四因素的正交试验方案,采用表面粗糙度仪和金相显微镜分析了切口表面粗糙度和形貌。结果表明:激光切割速度对切口表面粗糙度的影响最大,板材厚度、电流强度、离焦量的影响依次减弱。极差分析获得了最优的工艺参数组合,当板材厚度为3mm,电流强度为40A,离焦量为26mm,激光切割速度为1.5mm/s时板材切口质量最好。 Laser cutting technology is an important branch of advanced manufacturing technology.To improve the quality of laser cutting of organic glass,The orthogonal test scheme of three levels and four factors is designed by selecting the thickness of the plate,the current intensity,the defocus quantity and the laser cutting speed as the factors.Surface roughness and morphology were analyzed by surface roughness and metallographic microscope.The results show that:The effect of laser cutting speed on the roughness of the notch surface is the most,and the influence of plate thickness,current intensity and defocus amount is reduced in turn.The optimal combination of process parameters is obtained by the extreme difference analysis:When the thickness of the plate is 3mm,the current strength is 40A,the defocus is 26mm,and the laser cutting speed is 1.5mm/s,the quality of the cut is the best.
