摘要
为了降低铁尾矿烧结墙体材料体积密度和提高保温隔热性能,在尾矿中添加部分气化炉渣,采用挤出成型方法制备了铁尾矿烧结墙体材料。结果表明,在950℃烧结时,添加20%气化炉渣可以制备出密度低于1.45g/cm3、导热系数低于0.23W/(m.K)、抗压强度高于30MPa的墙体材料,为利用尾矿制备具有节能、利废、保温、隔热、低密度的新型墙体材料提供了一条新的途径。
In order to reduce the volume density of sintered iron tailings wall materials and improve its thermal inlation property,gasification slag was added into iron ore tailings to produce sintered wall materials by extrusion method.The results showed that sintered tailings wall materials can be obtained with volume density lower than 1.45 g/cm3,the thermal conductivity less than 0.23 W/(m·K),compressive strength above 30 MPa when the samples were fired at 950 ℃ with addition of gasification slag of 20%.A new method was proposed to prepare energy-saving,recycling,thermal insulation and light wall materials with ore tailings as raw materials.
