摘要
新疆气流床加压气化炉渣的主要化学成分为SiO_(2)、Al_(2)O_(3)、Fe_(2)O_(3)、CaO及残余碳,岩相组成主要为残余碳、石英、磁黄铁矿和方镁石,有较大的比表面积、较高的常量和微量养分。气化炉渣中的重金属质量分数较低,满足土壤质量环境标准要求。将该气化炉渣与沙质土壤按照一定比例混合后,土壤全盐量下降2.8%~18.8%,速效钾、有效磷、水解性氮、全氮等营养元素提高5.8%~246.0%,该气化炉渣能疏松土壤、阻断盐析、提供土壤所需的有效营养及微量元素,可作为改良土壤的可生化基质。
In Xinjiang,China,the entrained flow coal gasification process accounts for more than 60%of the coal gasification technology.The slag from such process contains SiO_(2),Al_(2)O_(3),Fe_(2)O_(3),CaO and residual carbon.The petrographic composition in the slag is mainly compose of residual carbon,quartz,pyrrhotite and periclase,which has large specific surface area,high constant and trace nutrients.In addition,the mass fraction of heavy metals in the slag is relatively low,which meets the requirements of quality environmental standards for soil.After mixing the slag with sandy soil in a certain proportion,the total salt content of the soil decreases by 2.8%-18.8%,and the content of nutrient elements such as available potassium,available phosphorus,hydrolyzable nitrogen,and total nitrogen increase by 5.8%-246.0%.The slag can loosen the soil,block salt precipitation,and provide effective nutrients and trace elements required by the soil,and can be used as a biochemical substrate for soil improvement.
