紧急剖宫产术原位模拟教学在手术室规培护士培训中的应用

摘要 目的探讨紧急剖宫产原位模拟教学在手术室规培护士培训中的应用效果。方法运用原位模拟培训法,在2022年1—12月,对来自华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院20名手术室规培护士进行紧急剖宫产接诊及应急处理的培训。比较规培护士培训前后的技术能力和非技术能力评分以及原位模拟案例设计评价、模拟培训后的教学反馈。结果紧急剖宫产模拟教学设计评估量表各维度平均得分均在(4.41±0.74)分以上,案例设置较合理;培训后规培护士的技术能力和非技术能力得分显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);规培护士认为该培训方法达到或者超过预期的效果(各项培训效果评价有条目得分均>90%)。结论紧急剖宫产术原位模拟教学案例设计合理,该培训方法提高了手术室规培护士对紧急剖宫产术的应急处理的专业技术能力和非技术能力,达到了培训目标,手术室规培护士对该培训方法认可度较高。 Objective To explore the effect of emergency cesarean section in situ simulation teaching in the training of nurses in the operating room.Methods From January to December 2022,using the method of in situ simulation training,a total of 20 nurses who came from Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology were trained in emergency cesarean section reception and emergency treatment.The scores of technical ability and non-technical ability before and after training,the evaluation of in-situ simulation case design and the teaching feedback after simulation training were compared.Results The average score of each dimension of the evaluation scale of simulated teaching design for emergency cesarean section was above(4.41±0.74)points,and the case setting was reasonable.After training,the scores of technical ability and non-technical ability of nurses in regular training were significantly improved,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Regulated training nurses believed that the training method reached or exceeded the expected effect(the score for each training effect evaluation all>90%).Conclusion The design of emergency cesarean section in situ simulation teaching case is reasonable.The training method improves the professional and non-technical ability of the operating room trained nurses in emergency treatment of emergency cesarean section,and reaches the training goal.The operating room trained nurses have a high recognition of the training method.
