Reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Simulation Design Scale

摘要 目的 :评估中文版Jeffries模拟教学设计量表(Simulation Design Scale,SDS)在模拟教学中的信度和效度。方法 :遵循Brislin双人翻译与回译原则,利用专家咨询法进行文化调适,形成中文版SDS量表,并对306名护生进行调查,用内部一致性信度、内容效度和结构效度等指标进行评价。结果 :中文版Jeffries模拟教学设计量表总Cronbach’sα系数为0.948,各维度Cronbach’sα系数为0.798~0.832;总量表重测信度为0.870,各维度重测信度为0.730~0.920;各维度内容效度均大于0.830,全部条目的平均CVI为0.860;验证性因子分析提取的5个因子共解释总变异的63.26%,除个别条目外,绝大多数条目在相应公因子上的因子负荷在0.4以上。结论 :中文版SDS量表具有较高的信度和效度,可用于指导和评估模拟教学设计,优化教学方案,提高教学质量。 Objective: To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Simulation Design Scale (SDS). Methods: The SDS was translated and adapted according to Chinese culture. The reliability and validity of the Chinese version of SDS was tested in 306 nursing students. Results: The Cronbach's a coefficient was 0.948 for the total scale and ranged from 0.798 to 0.832 for the subscales. The test-retest reliability was 0.870 for the total scale and ranged from 0.730 to 0.920 for each subscales. The content validity index was above 0.830. Five factors were extracted by factor analysis that could explain 63.26% of the total variance. Conclusion: The Chinese version of SDS is reliable and valid, can be used and evaluate the simulation design to improve education quality.
