长江无为大堤白玉池段安全隐患分析及建议

摘要 近年汛期,无为大堤白玉池险段堤防长时间高水位挡水,期间内坡戗台以下出现大面积散浸渗水险情。为保证堤防安全稳定运行,组织开展了该段堤防安全评价,进行险情数据分析和典型断面计算复核,综合评价其中5个评价为二类的单元堤段(对应桩号44+800~48+000,长度3200 m)。结果表明:该段堤防存在未形成完整统一的防渗体系、渗透变形稳定问题等防洪安全隐患。提出了构建系统完整的防渗体系、加强生态防护和水土保持、强化堤防监测等消除安全隐患的建议,可为沿江类似的堤防险工险段隐患处理提供技术参考。 In recent years,Baiyuchi section of the Wuwei Levee has been in a long-term and high water level period during the flood season.During this period,there has been a large area of scattered infiltration of water below the slope berm.In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the embankment,a safety evaluation was organized for this section of the embankment,including risk data analysis and typical section calculation review.Five units(corresponding to piles 44+800~48+000,with a length of 3200 m)were comprehensively evaluated as Class II embankment sections.The results showed that the embankment in this section did not form a complete and unified anti-seepage system,and there were potential flood control safety hazards such as seepage deformation and instability.Management measures such as building a comprehensive anti-seepage system,strengthening ecological protection and soil and water conservation,and strengthening embankment monitoring have been proposed to eliminate safety hazards,providing a technical reference for the treatment of similar dangerous sections along the river.
