摘要
1998年长江流域发生了继1954年以来的又一次全流域性大洪水,虽然长江中下游堤防工程发挥了巨大的防洪效益,但也发生了大量险情,暴露出许多问题。其中管涌险情最为严重,占较大堤防险情总数的50%以上。文中对湖北、湖南和江西三省的管涌险情进行了统计,对管涌险情的位置分布特点以及人类活动影响等进行了分析,对管涌抢险的合理范围进行了讨论。
In 1998, a basinal flood occurred in the Yangtze River Basin, that was the another extraordinary flood recurred after 1954. During the flood, the roles of the flood control effect and benefit of the dykes along the mid-lower Yangtze River had been fully placed, nevertheless, a large amount of risks with many problems were still emerged therein; among which the piping was the most serious one with the occurrence rate above 50% of all the risks from the larger levee projects. A statistic on the piping risks occurred in levee projeets in the provinces of Hubei, Hunan and Jiangxi is made herein with the analysis on the distribution of the piping locations and the impacts from the human activities concerned, and then a discussion on the reasonable area of the piping control is made as well.
