Cost Analysis of Assembled Steel Structure from the Perspective of Sustainability

摘要 装配式钢结构符合经济-环境-社会的协同发展,是实现碳达峰和碳中和的必然选择。论文从装配式钢结构可持续性发展角度,在建造成本的基础上,考虑其环境容量和社会成本,进行综合定量成本分析。以直接工程费量化经济成本,以碳中和为出发点,用考虑污染物环境容量的环境退化成本来量化环境成本,采用与利益相关者有关的建筑安全事故成本等来量化社会成本。以某单层钢结构厂房为实证研究,以直接生态成本费率计算了15种主要建筑材料的环境退化成本,以区域社会参数计算社会成本,并进行相关对比分析。结果表明,经济成本约占81.3%,其中材料费占比约78.67%,环境成本约占18.5%,其中混凝土、水泥和钢材对环境成本影响显著,社会成本占比不到1%,其中施工工人的社会影响最大。装配式钢结构施工工期短,可以降低其对环境和社会成本的影响。 From the perspective of sustainable development of prefabricated steel structures,this paper made a comprehensive quantitative cost analysis based on construction cost while considering its environmental capacity and social cost.The direct engineering cost was used to quantify the economic cost,and the carbon neutrality was taken as the starting point.The environmental degradation cost considering the environmental capacity of pollutants was used to quantify the environmental cost,and the cost of construction safety accidents related to stakeholders,and other factors were used to quantify the social cost.Taking a single floor steel structure plant as the object,the environmental degradation costs of 15 main building materials were calculated based on direct ecological cost rate.Then,regional social cost was used to calculate social cost for further analysis and comparison.The results show that the economic cost accounts for about 81.3%,of which the material cost accounts for about 78.67%.Environmental cost accounts for about 18.5%,of which concrete,cement,and steel have a significant impact on the environmental cost.Social cost accounts for less than 1%,of which the construction workers have the greatest social impact.The short construction period of prefabricated steel structures can reduce its impact on the environment and social costs.
