摘要
特殊结构做法对于项目整体造价的影响是项目经济性评估及结构方案决策的重要依据。本文选取工程设计中具有典型意义几种结构特殊做法,并以实际工程案例的计算模型作为数据依托,研究了项目造价对于各种特殊结构做法的敏感性程度,重点分析了大板做法、宽扁梁做法、强化框架做法3类主要特殊结构做法的成本影响效果,并依据研究结果提出了相应的控制建议。研究结论可以有效指导特殊结构做法的方案决策及经济性评估。
special structural practices play an important role in the Economic evaluation and structural decision making of a project.Several structural special practices with a typical significance in engineering design are selected and calculation models of practical project cases are used.Then,the degree of sensitivity of the project cost to the various special structural practices is studied.Especially,we explore the influences of big board practice,wide flat beam practice and enhanced framework practice on structural cost and the corresponding control suggestions are made according to the research result.The conclusions can effectively guide the program decision-making and economic evaluation of special structural practices.
