摘要
近年来,随着我国经济的快速发展,城市化进程不断加快,城市建筑面积日益增大,但由于不科学的城市规划和建设,使自然水循环系统受到无序的干扰和破坏,引发了一系列城市水问题。为增强城市雨涝调蓄能力,最大限度地促进自然水文循环,提升水循环利用率,人们引入了“海绵城市”建设理念。“海绵城市”建设是一项系统性工程,涉及多学科交互融合,也是我国生态文明建设中的重要举措之一。通过梳理“海绵城市”建设理念与中南地区空管工程建设特点,分析“海绵城市”建设在空管工程中的应用,以期打造绿色空管、低碳空管。
In recent years,China's economy and society have developed rapidly,the process of urbanization has been accelerating,and the urban building area has been increasing day by day.However,due to unscientific urban planning and construction,the natural water circulation system has been disrupted and destroyed in a disorderly manner,causing a series of urban water problems.In order to enhance the urban waterlogging regulation and storage capacity,maximize the natural hydrological cycle,and improve the utilization of water cycle,the construction concept of the"Sponge City"is introduced.The construction of the"Sponge City"is a systematic project that involves interdisciplinary interaction and integration,and it is also one of the important measures in ecological civilization construction in China.This article analyzes the application of the construction of the"Sponge City"in air traffic management engineering by sorting out the concept construction of the"Sponge City"and the construction characteristics of air traffic management engineering in central and southern regions,in the hope of creating green and low-carbon air traffic management.
