摘要
由于机场范围内存在大面积硬化区域,同时受功能需求、场地荷载、地面材质等限制,机场海绵城市的建设较为困难。通过分析我国南方某机场现状条件和特点,结合国家及市政府相关政策要求、机场区域相关规划成果,将雨水年径流总量控制率作为刚性控制指标,并将机场分为了11个海绵城市建设管控单元,对每个管控单元提出了相应的管控指标和建设要求,满足了市行政区域海绵城市建设管理的规定要求,同时为其他机场推进海绵城市建设提供了参考。
Due to a large area of hardened area within the airport as well as the limitations of functional requirements,site loads and ground materials, the construction of sponge city is difficult. The current conditions and characteristics of an airport is analyzed in Southern China. Combined with the relevant policy requirements of the national and municipal government and planning results of the airport area,taken the control rate of the total annual rainwater runoff as a rigid control index, the airport is divided into 11 units of sponge city development and control. Corresponding control indicators and construction requirements are put forward for each unit. It meets the regulatory requirements of the development and management of sponge cities in municipal administrative region, and provides reference for other airports to promote thedevelopment of sponge cities.
