摘要
目的:分析健脾固肾汤加减联合穴位贴敷治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法:选取2021年8月—2022年8月贵州中医药大学第一附属医院收治的糖尿病肾病患者68例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(34例)与观察组(34例)。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用常规西药联合健脾固肾汤加减及穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,两组患者腰膝酸痛、畏寒肢冷、口渴喜饮、神疲乏力积分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者血清胱抑素C、血肌酐、尿素氮水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健脾固肾汤加减联合穴位贴敷治疗糖尿病肾病效果显著,能够缓解临床症状,调控血糖水平,改善肾功能。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Jianpi Gushen decoction addition and reduction and combining with acupoint plastering in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods:Sixty-eight patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the observation subjects,and were divided into the control group(34 cases)and the observation group(34 cases)according to the method of randomized numerical table.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with conventional western medicine combined with Jianpi Gushen decoction addition and reduction and acupoint plastering.Compare the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);After treatment,the points of lumbar and knee pain,coldness and limb coldness,thirst and drink,and fatigue were reduced in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels were reduced in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);After treatment,serum cystatin C,blood creatinine and urea nitrogen levels were reduced in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Gushen decoction addition and reduction combined with acupoint plastering is effective in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy,which can alleviate the clinical symptoms,regulate the blood glucose level,and improve the renal function.
