摘要
糖尿病肾病(DN)是临床常见疾病,随着病程发展常出现水肿、大量蛋白尿甚至出现电解质、酸碱平衡紊乱,合并其他并发症,严重影响生活质量。目前临床常用针灸、针药结合治疗糖尿病肾病,临床结果显示针灸可改善糖尿病肾病患者临床症状,疗效确切,是治疗糖尿病肾病的有效手段。机理研究显示针灸治疗糖尿病肾病的作用机制可能涉及调节信号传导通路、细胞凋亡、免疫细胞等方面。现对近年针灸治疗糖尿病肾病的临床及机制研究进行综述。以期为针灸治疗糖尿病肾病的临床应用提供科学依据,为今后深入研究提供参考。
Diabetes nephropathy(DN)is a common clinical disease.With the development of the disease,patients often have edema,a lot of proteinuria,even electrolyte,acid-base balance disorder,and other complications,which seriously affect the quality of life of pa-tients.At present,acupuncture and moxibustion and combination of acupuncture and medicine are commonly used in clinical treatment of diabetes nephropathy.The clinical results show that acupuncture and moxibustion can improve the clinical symptoms of diabetes nephropathy patients,with definite curative effect,and is an effective means to treat diabetes nephropathy.Mechanism research shows that the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of diabetes nephropathy may involve the regulation of signal transduction pathway,apoptosis,immune cells and other aspects.This article reviews the clinical and mechanism studies of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of diabetes nephropathy in recent years.It is expected to provide a scientific basis for the clinical application of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of diabetes nephropathy,and provide a reference for further research in the future.
