摘要
目的:分析幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染患者采用布拉酵母菌散联合四联疗法治疗的效果。方法:选取2021年10月—2022年6月安顺市人民医院收治的HP感染患者60例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各30例。对照组给予常规四联疗法,研究组给予四联疗法联合布拉酵母菌散治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、HP根除率、不良反应发生情况、炎性因子水平。结果:研究组治疗总有效率、HP根除率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002);治疗后,研究组肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:布拉酵母菌散对因细菌感染引起的慢性胃炎有显著的辅助治疗效果,可提高HP根除率,改善炎性因子水平,降低不良反应发生率。
Objective:To analyze the effect of treating patients with Helicobacter pylori(HP)infection with Saccharomyces boulardii sachets combined with quadruple therapy.Methods:Sixty patients with HP infection admitted to Anshun People's Hospital from October 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the study group according to the method of randomized numerical table,each with thirty cases.The control group was given conventional quadruple therapy,and the study group was given quadruple therapy combined with Saccharomyces boulardii sachets.The treatment effect,HP eradication rate,occurrence of adverse reactions,and level of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment and HP eradication rate of the study group were higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002);After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6,and C-reactive protein in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Saccharomyces boulardii sachets has a significant adjuvant therapeutic effect on chronic gastritis due to bacterial infection,which can increase the HP eradication rate,improve the level of inflammatory factors,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
