摘要
农村基层党组织建设为乡村振兴提供中坚力量和智力支持。加强农村基层党组织建设引领乡村振兴路径应包括加强农村党员队伍建设,打造乡村振兴主力军;加强农村党员干部思想建设,为乡村振兴提供思想保障;完善农村基层党组织领导的村级治理机制建设,为乡村振兴提供制度保障;加强乡村产业振兴、经济发展促进乡村振兴。
The report of the 20th congress of the party clearly states that“the party should adhere to the clear orientation of focusing on the primary level,building the party to promote rural revitalization,and making the primary level party organization a strong fighting bastion for effectively realizing the leadership of the party.”The construction of Party organizations at the grass-roots level in rural areas provides the backbone and intellectual support for rural revitalization.Strengthening rural grass-roots Party organization and leading the way to rural revitalization should include strengthening the construction of rural Party members and building the main force of rural revitalization.Strengthen the ideological construction of rural Party members and cadres to provide ideological protection for rural revitalization;we will improve the village-level governance mechanism under the leadership of the Party organizations at the grass-roots level in rural areas so as to provide institutional guarantee for rural revitalization.Strengthening rural industrial revitalization and economic development for rural revitalization.
