摘要
目的探讨贺州市健康体检人群中幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)的感染状况及影响因素。方法按随机数字表法选取2022年11月至2023年11月在贺州市人民医院健康体检中行^(14)C-尿素试验的300名体检者作为研究对象,统计研究对象的Hp感染情况,并采用单、多因素分析方法对Hp感染的影响因素进行分析。结果本研究共纳入300名健康体检者,共检出Hp感染142例(47.33%)。单因素分析结果显示:年龄及性别与Hp感染无相关性(P>0.05)。而喜辣与否、食生肉与否、分筷与否、餐具消毒与否、玩具消毒与否、餐前洗手与否、早晚刷牙与否与Hp感染相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对差异有统计学意义的影响因素进行多因素logistic回归分析,结果显示分筷与否、餐具消毒与否、玩具消毒与否、餐前洗手与否、早晚刷牙与否与Hp感染无相关性,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);喜辣、食生肉与Hp感染呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论贺州市健康体检人群Hp感染率为47.33%,低于全国平均水平,性别、年龄、分筷与否、餐具消毒与否、玩具消毒与否、餐前洗手与否、早晚刷牙与否和Hp感染不存在相关性。但喜辣和食生肉为独立危险因素。
Objective To explore the infection status and influencing factors of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)in the population undergoing health check-ups in Hezhou City.Methods Randomly select 300 individuals who underwent^(14)C-urea testing during health examinations at Hezhou People's Hospital from November 2022 to November 2023 as the research subjects The infection status of Hp in the study population was recorded and analyzed using single and multiple factor analysis methods to identify the influencing factors.Results A total of 300 health check-up participants were included in this study,among which 142 cases(47.33%)were found to have Hp infection.The results of single factor analysis showed that age and gender were not correlated with Hp infection(P>0.05).However,the preference for spicy food,consumption of raw meat,use of separate chopsticks,disinfection of tableware and toys,hand washing before meals,and brushing teeth in the morning and evening were all significantly associated with Hp infection,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Multiple factor logistic regression analysis was performed on the factors with statistical significance,and the results showed no correlation between the use of separate chopsticks,disinfection of tableware and toys,hand washing before meals,brushing teeth in the morning and eveningand Hp positivity(P>0.05).The preference for spicy food and consumption of raw meat were positively correlated with Hp infection(P<0.05).Conclusions The infection rate of Hp in the population undergoing health check-ups in Hezhou City is 47.33%,lower than the national average.Gender,age,use of separate chopsticks,disinfection of tableware and toys,hand washing before meals,brushing teeth in the morning and evening,and Hp infection are not correlated.However,the preference for spicy food and consumption of raw meat are independent risk factors.
