摘要
目的:调查安徽省临床护士疼痛共情现状,分析其影响因素,为提高护士疼痛管理能力提供参考。方法:2023年6月—7月,采取分层整群抽样法,从安徽省抽取9900名护士作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、疼痛共情量表、知识共享行为量表进行调查。结果:9168名临床护士参与调查,疼痛共情总分(3.10±0.78)分,回归分析结果显示,年龄、职称、最高学历、是否参加疼痛知识培训、知识共享行为是护士疼痛共情的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:安徽省临床护士疼痛共情总体处于较高水平,但仍有部分护士共情水平有待提升,管理者可通过强化培训、促进知识共享行为等,提升护士疼痛共情能力,进而提高疼痛管理水平。
Objective:To investigate the status quo of pain empathy among clinical nurses in Anhui province and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:Totally 9900 nurses in Anhui province were recruited using cluster stratified sampling method from June to July 2023,and surveys were conducted using the general information questionnaire,pain management knowledge and attitude questionnaire,pain empathy scale,and knowledge sharing behavior scale.Results:A total of 9186 nurses participated in the surrey,and the score of pain empathy was 3.10±0.78.Multiple linear regression analysis results found that title,education,pain related training,and knowledge-sharing behaviors influenced nurses'pain empathy(P<0.05).Conclusion:The pain empathy of nurses in Anhui province is overall at a high level,however,some nurses still need to improve their pain empathy level.Nursing managers should improve nurses'pain management knowledge,and knowledge sharing behavior,and promote nurses'pain empathy ability.
