摘要
探讨模拟套件的老年慢性疼痛体验对护生共情能力的影响,以期为护生的共情能力培训提供可行方法。采用自愿报名原则,于护理本科5个合班中进行招募,共纳入64名护生为研究对象,并使用疼痛模拟套件进行老年慢性疼痛体验,在干预前后使用人际反应指针量表(IRI-C)、护理专业大学生人文关怀能力量表、疼痛数字评分量表(NRS)进行效果评价。研究表明,使用模拟套件让护生体验老年慢性疼痛,可以提升其共情能力和人文关怀能力,在本科护生的共情能力培养中可进行推广应用。
Exploring impact of elderlys'chronic pain experience based on simulation kits on nursing students'empathy ability to provide feasible methods for training nursing students'empathy ability.Adopting the principle of voluntary registration,a total of 64 nursing students were recruited from 5 combined classes in the undergraduate majored in nursing.A pain simulation kit was used to assess the experience of chronic pain among elderly.The Interpersonal Response Indicator Scale(IRI-C),Nursing College Students'Humanistic Care Ability Scale,and Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)were used before and after the intervention to evaluate the effectiveness.Research has shown that using simulation kits to allow nursing students to experience chronic pain among elderly can enhance their empathy and humanistic care abilities,and can be promoted and applied in the cultivation of empathy among nursing undergraduates.
