开放大学学前教育专业“三融合”教学模式的探究

摘要 开放大学学前教育专业的教学模式有其独特的发展规律,其在教学目的、对象、内容、方法、成效和评价等方面是围绕幼儿园教师的远程与职业教育所设计的,也是开放大学教学理论与教学实践之间沟通的桥梁。在开放教育的环境下,课程教学面临着学生类型差异大、工学矛盾突出、学以致用成效低等现实问题,影响了教学模式的有效施行和人才培养的成效。并且,普通大学学前教育专业的教学模式并非完全适用于开放大学。因此,根据“三全育人”的理论视角和开放大学的发展定位,构建起工学一体化、线上线下互动、理论与实训衔接的“三融合”教学模式对开放大学学前教育专业高质量发展及其人才培养具有重要的理论与现实意义。 The teaching mode of preschool education in open universities has its unique development laws.It is designed around the distant vocational education for kindergarten teachers in terms of teaching objectives,subjects,content,methods,effectiveness,and evaluation.It serves as a bridge between teaching theory and practice in open universities.In the environment of open education,curriculum teaching faces practical problems such as student type differences,prominent work-study contradictions,and application of knowledge,which affect the effective implementation of teaching mode and the effectiveness of talent cultivation.In addition,the teaching mode of preschool education in ordinary universities is not fully applicable to open universities.Therefore,building a"three integration"teaching mode that integrates work and study,online and offline interaction,and connection between theory and practice based on the theoretical perspective of"three-inone education"and the development orientation of open universities has important theoretical and practical significance for the high-quality development of preschool education in open universities and talent cultivation.
