摘要
水资源是地球上最为宝贵的资源之一,对人类社会的可持续发展至关重要。然而,由于人类活动的影响,水资源管理与污染防治面临着严峻的挑战。本文旨在探讨水资源管理与污染防治的综合评价方法与决策支持系统,以提供科学有效的管理和保护水资源的方法。指出了水资源管理的重要性以及当前面临的挑战,系统地介绍了水资源管理与污染防治的基础知识,讨论了综合评价方法与指标体系,提出了水资源管理与污染防治的决策支持系统。
Water resources are one of the most precious resources on earth and crucial for the sustainable development of human society.However,due to human activities,water resource management and pollution control are facing severe challenges.This paper aims to discuss comprehensive evaluation methods and decision support systems for water resource management and pollution control,in order to provide scientific and effective methods for managing and protecting water resources.It points out the importance of water resource management and current challenges,systematically introduces basic knowledge of water resource management and pollution control,discusses comprehensive evaluation methods and indicator systems,and proposes a decision support system for water resource management and pollution control.
