电驱动差速器扭矩分配研究与优化

摘要 基于对电驱动差速器摩擦扭矩的研究,建立差速器扭矩分配系数综合数学模型,该模型综合考虑差速器各零部件摩擦损耗,通过摩擦损耗可以准确识别摩擦扭矩以及电驱动总成差速器端的NVH表现。通过设计实例对比研究指出,摩擦扭矩以及扭矩分配系数对于差速器台架以及整车NVH表现非常重要。基于扭矩分配数学模型与差速器NVH表现对比研究,提出NVH改善优化方案,优化结果表明,文中提出的设计方法可以有效识别摩擦扭矩带来的NVH问题,具有较高的应用价值。 Through the study of friction torque of electric drive differential,a comprehensive mathematical model of the differential torque distribution coefficient is established,which comprehensively considers the friction of various parts of the differential.Through the comparative study of design examples,it is pointed out that the friction torque and torque distribution coefficient are very important for the performance of the differential bench and the NVH of the vehicle.At the same time,the key factors of torque distribution are optimized by the mathematical model.The optimization results show that the design method proposed in this paper is consistent with the actual situation and has high application value.
