摘要
简要介绍了自动摩擦差速器的概念以及相关技术研究现状;根据差速摩擦副的工作特点及其应用、设计要求,定义了摩擦特性参数;对不同材料、不同表面形貌的样件进行试验研究,得到其特性参数,进而明确了自动摩擦差速器摩擦副的摩擦材料研究及选型的方向。
The concepts about auto differential friction pairs and the present situation of differential technology were introduced.The friction and abrasion characteristic parameters of differential friction pairs were defined according to the work condition.Then the characteristic parameters of different specimens were tested.The tests contribute to the design of friction pairs and to the research of friction material.
