摘要
本研究关注福建某食品工业园区废水排放状况,制定并采用“分层配流水解酸化+梯度供氧氧化”作为核心工艺。该工艺使得出水水质超越了《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》表1中B标准。2022年1月至2023年8月运行期间,废水COD_(Cr)削减量和NH_(3)-N削减量分别达到了5667.78t和75.71t,而直接运行成本为3.45元/吨。通过调整进水中的全盐量等参数,厌氧预处理COD_(Cr)去除率可达到82.9%~91.1%;采用气浮作为尾水深度处理工艺,控制药剂成本0.28~0.98元/吨时,COD_(Cr)去除率可达14%~36.51%。
This study focused on the wastewater discharge situation in a food industry park in Fujian,China.A core process consisting of“stratified flow hydrolysis acidification+gradient oxygen supply oxidation”was formulated and implemented.This process resulted in effluent quality surpassing the Class B standards specified in“Standards for Wastewater Discharge into Urban Sewers”,Table 1.During the operational period from January 2022 to August 2023,the reductions in COD_(Cr)and NH_(3)-N in the wastewater reached 5667.78 t and 75.71 t,respectively,with a direct operational cost of 3.45 yuan/ton.The COD_(Cr)removal efficiency in anaerobic pretreatment could range from 82.9%to 91.1%.When using flotation as the advanced treatment process for the effluent,with control of chemical costs in the range of 0.28 yuan/ton to 0.98 yuan/ton,the COD_(Cr)removal rate could reach 14%to 36.51%.
