间歇式运行一体化设备处理高氨氮小流量农村污水案例 被引量:1

摘要 针对四川省金堂县流量小、氨氮高、水质变化大的农村生活污水,采用间歇式运行的一体化设备对其处理。通过间断进水、间断曝气、间断内循环的运行方式进行缺氧、好氧、沉淀、除磷、过滤、消毒等处理,并运用智慧化云端物联网进行控制和监测。出水水质稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A标,运行能耗从45 kW/d下降到17 kW/d,直接运行成本2.74元/m^(3)。解决了现有方法因流量小、氨氮高、水质变化大导致的运行费用高、总氮不达标和管理不便的问题。 For the rural domestic sewage with small discharge,high ammonia nitrogen and high quality change,the intermittent operation of the integrated equipment is used to treat it.Anoxic,aerobic,precipitation,phosphorus removal,filtration,disinfection and other treatments are carried out through the operation mode of intermittent water inlet,intermittent aeration and intermittent internal circulation,and intelligent cloud Internet of things is used for control and monitoring.The effluent water quality reached grade A standard of Urban Sewage Treatment Plant Pollutant Discharge Standard(GB 18918-2002),and the operating energy consumption decreases from 45 kW/d to 17 kW/d,the operating cost is 2.74 Yuan/m^(3).The problems of high operating cost,unqualified total nitrogen and inconvenient management caused by small flow,high ammonia nitrogen and water quality change in existing methods were solved.
