摘要
某公司位于水资源严重不足和生态环境十分脆弱的西北地区,随着《环境保护法》(2015版)和《石油炼制污染物排放标准》(GB 31570-2015)的实施,国家对污水排放指标要求日趋严格。同时,集团公司要求炼油新鲜水单耗(0.47 m^(3)/t)、吨油排污(0.35 m^(3)/t)、外排污水COD排放总量指标逐年降低。为进一步降低水耗,达到节水减排的目的,确保完成炼化板块下达节能节水目标任务,采用“双膜浓水回收-臭氧催化氧化”的工艺,将化水站浓水回收利用,并解决由此产生外排污水连续稳定达标问题,节水减排效果显著。
A company is located in the northwest region where water resources are seriously insufficient and the ecological environment is very fragile.With the implementation of the Environmental protection law(2015)and the Emission standard of pollutants from petroleum refining(GB 31570-2015),the national requirements for sewage discharge indicators are increasingly strict.At the same time,the company requires that the unit consumption of fresh water(0.47 m^(3)/t),the pollutant discharge per ton of oil(0.35 m^(3)/t),and the total COD discharge of discharged sewage should be reduced year by year.In order to further reduce water consumption,achieve the goal of water saving and emission reduction,and ensure the completion of the energy saving and water saving goals assigned by the refining sector,Qingyang Petrochemical Company adopts the process of"double membrane concentrated water recovery-ozone catalytic oxidation"to recycle the concentrated water of the chemical water station,and solve the problem of continuous and stable compliance of the discharged sewage with remarkable water saving and emission reduction effect.
