摘要
科技企业孵化器是培育和孵化高新技术中小企业的科技创业服务机构。规模与类型是孵化器建设决策中的一个重要属性内容,而不同属性的孵化器,由于知识势能结构和组织间知识转移机制的差异,表现出不同的知识绩效演化特征。为明确孵化器属性与知识绩效之间的关系,发掘出有利于科技创新企业成长的因素,在分析网络规模与异质性对知识转移模式影响的基础上,构建知识转移网络演化模型,并通过仿真方法模拟孵化器属性对知识绩效的影响。研究发现,专业型孵化器知识转移效率前期相对较高,孵化后期低于综合型孵化器;规模较大的综合型孵化器内部知识创新总量较高,但孵化前期知识转移效率低于专业型孵化器;大而全的综合型孵化器相较于小而专的专业型孵化器在演化后期获得的知识量更多。
The technology enterprise incubator is a scientific and technological entrepreneurial service organization that nurtures and incubates high-tech small and medium-sized enterprises.Scale and type are important attributes in the decision-making process of incubator construction,and incubators with different attributes exhibit different characteristics in terms of knowledge performance due to variations in knowledge potential structure and inter-organizational knowledge transfer mechanisms.In order to clarify the relationship between incubator attributes and knowledge performance and identify factors conducive to the growth of technology innovation enterprises,this study constructs a knowledge transfer network evolution model based on the analysis of the influence of network scale and heterogeneity on knowledge transfer patterns.Through simulation methods,the study examines the impact of incubator attributes on knowledge performance.The research findings indicate that professional incubators have relatively higher knowledge transfer efficiency in the early stages but lower efficiency in the later stages compared to comprehensive incubators.Larger comprehensive incubators have higher levels of internal knowledge innovation,but their knowledge transfer efficiency in the early stages is lower than that of professional incubators.Moreover,large-scale comprehensive incubators tend to accumulate more knowledge in the later stages compared to small-scale professional incubators.
