摘要
[目的/意义]知识转移是企业创新生态系统的主要活动之一,涉及多类要素,对企业创新生态系统知识转移机制进行研究有助于维护系统的健康发展,提升企业创新活力。[方法/过程]利用单案例研究法,以科大讯飞为例,对以科大讯飞为核心的企业创新生态系统建构和知识转移机制进行分析,识别系统内的行动者;结合行动者网络理论,阐述企业创新生态系统知识转移行动者网络的形成过程。[结果/结论]企业创新生态系统知识转移中人类的行动者和非人的行动者具有同等的重要性,其形成过程经历了资源整合、技术联盟和生态系统构建3个阶段。[局限]研究的核心企业为互联网企业,对其他类型企业的适用性可能受到一定的限制。
[Purpose/significance]Knowledge transfer is one of the main activities of the enterprise innovation ecosystem,involving multiple elements.This research on the knowledge transfer mechanism of the enterprise innovation ecosystem is helpful to maintain the healthy development of the system and enhance the innovation vitality of the enterprise.[Method/process]Using the single case study method,this paper take iFlytek as an example to analyze the construction of enterprise innovation ecosystem and knowledge transfer mechanism with iFlytek as the core,and then identify the actors in the system.Combined with Actor-Network Theory,the formation of actor network of knowledge transfer in enterprise innovation ecosystem is expounded.[Result/conclusion]Human and non-human actors have equal importance in the knowledge transfer of enterprise innovation ecosystem,and its formation goes through three stages:resource integration,technology alliance and ecosystem construction.[Limitations]The core enterprise studied is an Internet enterprise,so its applicability to other types of enterprises may be limited to some extent.
