CDIO教学模式在造口护理教学中的应用

摘要 目的:观察CDIO教学模式在造口护理教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年12月于该院见习造口护理的234名护生进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组118名与对照组116名。对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组采用CDIO教学模式,比较两组护生考试成绩、批判性思维能力评分、核心能力评分和教学满意度。结果:见习后,观察组护生考试成绩得分为(92.74±6.57)分,明显高于对照组的(86.67±7.23)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组寻求真相能力、系统化能力、批判性思维和求知欲等批判性思维能力评分均高于见习前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组总结知识、自主学习、沟通合作、语言表达和创新思维等核心能力评分均高于见习前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组教学准备、教学过程、教学能力、教学态度和教学效果等教学满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CDIO教学模式应用于造口护理教学可提高护生考试成绩得分、批判性思维能力评分、核心能力评分和教学满意度评分,效果优于传统教学模式。 Objective:To observe application effects of CDIO teaching mode in stoma nursing teaching.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 234 nursing students who practiced stoma nursing in the hospital from January 2019 to December 2020.They were divided into observation group(118 cases)and control group(116 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,while the observation group adopted the CDIO teaching mode.The test score,the critical thinking ability score,the core competence score,and the teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After the internship,the test score of nursing students in the observation group was(92.74±6.57)points,which was significantly higher than(86.67±7.23)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of critical thinking ability such as truth-seeking ability,systematic ability,critical thinking and curiosity in the two groups were higher than those before the internship,that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of core competence such as summarizing knowledge,autonomous learning,communication and cooperation,language expression and innovative thinking in the two groups were higher than those before the internship,that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the teaching satisfaction scores of teaching preparation,teaching process,teaching ability,teaching attitude and teaching effect in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The CDIO teaching mode in the ostomy nursing teaching can improve the test scores,the critical thinking ability scores,the core competence scores and the teaching satisfaction scores of the nursing students.Moreover,it is superior to the tradition
