摘要
伦理是制度的内在诉求,也是制度是否正当、合理的依据。高校考试招生制度“兹事体大”,具有以及应该具有什么样的伦理精神、伦理关怀、伦理价值、伦理秩序,既是一个制度问题,也是一个伦理问题。我国高校考试招生制度在经济社会发展的不同时期有着不同的伦理诉求,也有着各种各样的缺失和困顿。进入新的世纪特别是党的十八大以来,高校考试招生制度改革不断推进,呈现出新的价值取向,伦理精神不断回归。未来,只有真正确立起伦理理念、伦理价值,才能最终提升高校考试招生制度乃至教育事业改革发展的伦理水准。
Ethics is the inherent demand of a system and also the basis for its legitimacy and rationality.The college entrance examination and enrollment system is a matter of great importance,and what kind of ethical spirit,ethical care,ethical value,and ethical order it should possess is not only a system issue,but also an ethical issue.The examination and enrollment system in Chinese universities has different ethical demands and various deficiencies and difficulties in different periods of economic and social development.Entering the new century,especially since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the reform of the examination and enrollment system in universities has been continuously promoted,presenting new value orientations and a continuous return of ethical spirit.In the future,only by truly establishing ethical concepts and values can we ultimately improve the ethical standards of the college entrance examination and enrollment system,as well as the reform and development of the education industry.
